In the late 90s, we offered Flexible Automation for extrusion, which took our extrusion control systems to another level. This utilized remote I/O and a CCC (Compounding Control Center) that many clients use today. Over the years, we have improved our offerings with truly integrated equipment such as feeders, drive systems, and packaging systems that seamlessly integrate into one common PLC over Ethernet connections.

We combined all line functions into one easy-to-set-up HMI (Human Machine Interface) so operators can control the line from multiple locations. We redefined our automation by taking advantage of software tools for AOI (Add-On Instructions) and HMI templates. We build our Extrusion software to make it easy to add equipment such as feeders, temperature zones, and more.

We offer retrofits using next-generation analytics (“IIOT”) and CIP security as upgrades for previous-generation extruder control systems providing our clients with the latest software and security technology advantages.
